Hi There! I am Tara Frazier. I am a Fitness Coach, Nutrition & Weight Loss Specialist, Personal Trainer, National Bikini Competitor and a mom of two rockin kids. I have been coaching for over 13 years, transforming the bodies of over 1000 women and men, educating them on the balance of moderation and consistency. My mission is to allow my clients to achieve their Health & Fitness Goals without restriction while providing them with a sustainable method. I am incredibly passionate about educating my clients on balance and long-term sustainability, providing my clients with realistic tools and methods in order to achieve their goals without restriction. My own personal Fitness Journey and transformation has molded me into the Athlete and Coach I am today. Why? I have been in your shoes. Losing over 100 pounds, not only once, but twice, has taught me how to not only transform my body, but transform my MIND. You may think," wow, she lost 100 pounds, twice, neat." But, is it? If I successfully lost weight the first time, why/how did I gain it all back? Good question. The answer, and one I am not proud of, RESTRICTION. Fitness was not originally part of my lifestyle. I was not genetically blessed with a physique I was proud of. When I went away to colllege, my goal was to avoid the “freshman 15 lb gain” and earn confidence that only dreamt about. I started a new lifestyle, exercising and counting calories. I did practice a very restrictive and unrealistic approach, limiting dairy, processed foods, refined carbohydrates, and even fruit. I saw results so I stuck with my routine, regardless of how unhappy I was. Looking back, I am embarrassed of the "bad food labeling" and negative association with food that I had created. I met my husband in the gym at college and we both enjoyed living a fit lifestyle together. 7 years later, I became pregnant with my first born. I stopped exercising, and my pregnancy was filled with over-the-top decadence. I felt that I now "deserved" the decadence, since I had previously been so restricted. I binged. I gained back the weight I had previously lost, and was left me with a very confused and negative relationship with food. I had to start over and transform my body again, but I knew there had to be a better way. I realized that if I wanted permanent change, I also needed to transform my mindset. I was eventually introduced to Macro Tracking. I was skeptical but gave it a shot. I remained consistent with my strength training and nutrition. I didn’t restrict specific foods and I learned how to enjoy my favorite foods in moderation. My body started to change like it never had before, since I was changing my body composition, losing fat and adding lean muscle. Once I realized I finally cracked the code to long term success, I saw hooked. I was positively transformed both aesthetically and mentally. Years later, I was blessed to become pregnant with my second child. I was able to enjoy a fit, healthy pregnancy this time around, while staying consistent with my strength training, cardio and balanced nutrition. I gained about 25 pounds with this pregnancy. Allow me to show you this is all possible! Allow me to show you that you can achieve any goal and earn the confidence you crave, through a consistent balanced journey that is filled with education, health, decadence and happiness. I limited dairy, processed foods, refined carbohydrates, and even FRUIT. I saw the results, so I stuck with it, no matter how unhappy I was. Looking back, I am embarrassed of the "bad food labeling" and negative behavior that I demonstrated. With lots of time, extreme accuracy and consistency, I developed a physique I was very confident with. I met my husband in the gym and we both enjoyed living this fit lifestyle together. About 7 years later, I was blessed to become pregnant with my first born. I stopped exercising (for no medical reason or suggestion), and my pregnancy was filled with over-the-top decadence. I felt that I "deserved" the decadence, since I drastically restricted what I allowed myself to consume prior. This practice of restricting then binging, not only led me to gain the weight I had lost back, but it left me with a very confused and negative relationship with food. I had to learn the tools for success ALL OVER AGAIN, transform my body, and my lifestyle. This time around, I was able to transform my body through consistent proper training and flexible and Balanced Nutrition through COUNTING MACROS. I did not limit food groups; I did not deprive myself of what I wanted. I learned how to fit my favorite foods into my daily diet with moderation. Once I realized how amazing I felt both aesthetically but mentally, I felt so foolish of what I had previously practiced. With continued accuracy, consistency and TIME, this balanced and flexible approach felt automatic and like second nature. Years later, I was blessed to become pregnant with my second child. I was able to enjoy a fit, healthy pregnancy the second time around, and I was proud of my physique at all stages.

WHAT IF I AM A PICKY EATER OR HAVE ALLERGIES?
If you are a picky eater, that is NOT A PROBLEM! All you need to do is be as specific as you can while completing your New Client Form. My plans can be designed to accommodate almost any special request. Specific limitations will require an upcharge (ex: free of gluten dairy or eggs, pescetarian, intermittent fasting, prenatal, postpartum). Upcharges start at $25 per request per month.
ARE YOUR PLANS RESTRICTIVE?
If you looking for a restrictive plan that cuts out specific foods and/or food groups, you came to the wrong place. My plans are rather detailed, providing you with a large variety of options & recipes, in order for you not to feel deprived or restricted. I am 100% AGAINST Food Restriction, and I am very passionate about showing my clients a sustainable method to reach their goals, and KEEP the body of their dreams.
I HEAR A LOT YOUR RECIPES, TELL ME ABOUT MORE!
The customized recipes that I create in my plans include both single serve recipes and family sized recipes. Most of my recipes are very basic, simple and quick options to prepare. My clients find my recipes to be extremely helpful, compared to building a meal from the provided food lists with food measurements, which you will also receive. I also have several digital E Cookbooks available for purchase on my website.
HOW ARE CHECK INS DONE?
You will check in via the TaraFFit app, or email your first check in, ONE WEEK after completing your first full week. Weekly Check Ins are the client’s responsibility, in addition to following their plan to the best of their ability. Without knowing a client's progress, I can not adjust macros accordingly. Macros will need to be adjusted when one plateaus or stalls, therefore having proper updates is essential. If emailing your Check Ins, please fill out the Weekly Check In Form that was share via Google Docs, or copy/paste the text into an Email.
Do I need to consume my meals in the exact order written?
No. You may move the meals around to different times a day, as long as your daily intake is the same. Ex: if you wanted to have your Bedtime Snack earlier in the day, you may do so, as long as you are not having that snack twice.
