Do you offer Glute Building Programs?
Yes! My Glute Building Programs are designed for women who want to build their glutes and create a balanced, feminine physique. Every workout is programmed with intention so you’re not just exercising, you’re training in a way that actually changes your shape. For legs, each day has a different focus so nothing gets overworked, with lifted, sculpted, round but tight glutes always being the main priority. There is typically one glute day for shape, one glute and quad day to build the front of the legs, and one glute and hamstring day to build the back of the legs and create overall balance. Upper body is split into push and pull. One day focuses on shoulders, chest, and triceps, and the other focuses on back, biceps, and posture muscles so everything stays strong, feminine, and proportional. Core work is added based on the client. In the schedule it’s usually placed after your lifts or alongside recovery work like stretching and foam rolling. This structure allows you to train hard, recover well, and keep progressing while shaping the glutes and lower body the right way.
How are your men’s training programs structured?
My men’s programs are built to develop a strong, athletic, and muscular physique while keeping the body balanced and performing well. Depending on the program, I use different training styles including hypertrophy focused training, strength and progressive overload methods, and more performance based approaches. Most men follow a push, pull, legs style split or an upper lower variation, depending on their schedule and recovery. Push days focus on chest, shoulders, and triceps. Pull days focus on back and biceps. Leg days train quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves for overall lower body strength and size. Each muscle group is trained using a mix of compound lifts and targeted accessory work so you build muscle, increase strength, and continue progressing week to week. Core work and conditioning are added based on the client and their goals, whether that is fat loss, performance, or a more defined midsection. This structure allows men to train hard, recover properly, and steadily build size, strength, and a well balanced physique over time.
WHAT IF I AM A PICKY EATER OR HAVE ALLERGIES?
If you are a picky eater, that is NOT A PROBLEM! All you need to do is be as specific as you can while completing your New Client Form. My plans can be designed to accommodate almost any special request. Specific limitations will require an upcharge (ex: free of gluten dairy or eggs, pescetarian, intermittent fasting, prenatal, postpartum). Upcharges start at $25 per request per month.
ARE YOUR PLANS RESTRICTIVE?
If you looking for a restrictive plan that cuts out specific foods and/or food groups, you came to the wrong place. My plans are rather detailed, providing you with a large variety of options & recipes, in order for you not to feel deprived or restricted. I am 100% AGAINST Food Restriction, and I am very passionate about showing my clients a sustainable method to reach their goals, and KEEP the body of their dreams.

The customized recipes that I create in my plans include both single serve recipes and family sized recipes. Most of my recipes are very basic, simple and quick options to prepare. My clients find my recipes to be extremely helpful, compared to building a meal from the provided food lists with food measurements, which you will also receive. I also have several digital E Cookbooks available for purchase on my website.
